If you only see the Cover Art .jpg file in your unzipped folder after downloading a digital file from the FiXT Store, there are 2 things to consider:

1 – What is the Size of the original zip file you downloaded? If it is more than 1-2MB then you did correctly download the entire download and simply need the latest unzip utility codec to unzip the files correctly.

2 – For PC users, try unzipping with the free app 7-zip. Get it at http://7-zip.org. In 99% of customer reported unzip or download issues with zip files, using 7-zip has resolved all problems.
