Fraud Protection Policy

Due to the increase in fraudulent activity FiXT now requires that all orders over $100 must have the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent. 

For your protection orders are subject to FiXT's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), and a copy of your photo id. Both of which can be submitted by email. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by email at the address you provided in your FiXT account. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with an email address you check most often.

FiXT reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
